Our team has the technical skills, resources and experience to deliver the quality assessments and reports our clients rely on.
HUD/FHA Assessments
Partner provides Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) & HEROS Worksheets, as well as Capital Needs Assessments (CNAs)/e-Tools for HUD/FHA Mortgage Lenders nationwide. We have successfully completed hundreds of HUD Multifamily Accelerated Process (MAP) and LEAN/Office of Residential Care Facilities (ORCF) projects coast-to-coast.
