Facility Condition Assessments, Construction Risk Management - Florida

About the Project

Partner has been working with several departments within the County to provide facility assessments, including the County Detention Center as well as 25 fire stations.  

Partner has also conducted several COVID-19 mitigations evaluations at County facilities in support of the Federal CARES act.  Working with the Community Development department, Partner has provided construction management and monitoring services to the various community projects sponsored by the County. 

Partner has also been tasked to assist the County’s Facilities department in evaluating the capacity and growth of County facilities to meet the expected growth in the next 5 to 10 years.
