Partner works with both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and building owners to offer strategies for exceptional energy management, with tools and resources to help each step of the way. Based on successful practices, these guidelines for energy management can assist your organization in improving its energy efficiency and financial performance while distinguishing your organization as an environmentally friendly company.
Partner can assist purchasers of buildings in understanding the building's energy efficiency. Across the country, more and more localities are requiring commercial building owners to benchmark their energy use data, which measures how a building rates against similar buildings within its class, and then disclose their energy rating. The states of California and Washington, D.C. were the first to have comprehensive laws mandating disclosure of non-residential buildings' energy rates, while major cities like New York, Austin, and Seattle have also passed similar laws. Partner is here to help building owners by evaluating their building's energy usage and advising owners on how they can save energy. Whether it is a new construction project, major building renovation, commercial interior, or existing building, Partner will help you build green and build smart.

Does your building carry a 75 or better Energy Star rating? If so, the building is eligible to be recognized as an Energy Star Building. The EPA requires that a Professional Engineer (PE) perform an Energy Star Verification prior to a building qualifying for the Energy Star Label. Partner will provide a registered Professional Engineer to perform audits as required by Energy Star to certify eligible properties to receive the Energy Star Label.
