Our team is very knowledgeable about the many environmental issues and regulations that are unique to the telecom industry. We work with clients to ensure the handling, hauling, installing, removal and/or disposal of on-site batteries and other hazardous products is performed in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC), Clean Air Act (CAA), and other relevant regulations.
Partner’s staff has worked with hundreds of telecommunication clients throughout the United States. Our Environmental Specialists have performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, limited Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and Lead-based Paint (LBP) surveys. Additionally, our team has helped numerous clients facilitate the environmental review process to ensure compliance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requirements under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Environmental reviews include analysis of historic properties, wetlands, endangered species habitat, floodplains, and other areas of environmental concern and the possible impacts of telecommunications installations on these sensitive areas.
